When I go to my host stats (Hosts 1 - 8 Sorted on Total credit) from my user-stats page (Detailed statistics for "Martin P.") I can correctly see my hosts. However, when I go to the stats page of one of my hosts the stats there are complete fantasy numbers. e.g.
Detailed statistics for Host ID "3133243": shows 96.3% SETI@Home and only 1.6% E@H. In reality it is approximately half-half plus a considerable amount of Milkyway@Home.
Detailed statistics for Host ID "1887": This one is even better. It shows 21.8% Climateprediction@Home in the last month. However, Climateprediction@Home does not even have a Mac-client for 2 years now! Plus, I ceased Rosetta@Home also more than a year ago but the host stats still show 33.8% for the last month.
And what are these huge spikes end of december and beginning of January?

Have you done computer host merges for those projects:

On jan 6, for climatepredicito just over 13000 credits added
On dec 31,for rosette just over 21000 credits added.
The above amounts just happen to be you total credits for those sites.

I have noticed, that whenever I do host mergers, all the credits get added into the new host and you get a big spike at the stats sites.

PaperDragon,

it is possible that I tried to merge some computers. However, this cannot explain the Climateprediction data for my Mac, since there is no Mac client for 2 years now. So how should it add credit from a Windows machine to a Mac?

When you're right you're right.

Went through the update code and found a nasty bug in the part that handles inactive hosts. To prevent unnecessary load I did a trick on the hosts history which now turns out to cause the symptoms you describe.

Although the last month/week figures may be wrong when you have an inactive project on a host, the totals are still correct.

Edit: of course the problem is solved. It may take up to 30 days the get the charts looking correct.
Please do not PM, IM or email me for support (they will go unread/ignored). Use the forum for support.

Willy,

thanks for the acknowledgment of the bug and of course for the fix!
