This user has crazy, rolocoaster like credits. Every other day he has + 100,000 credits and the next day he has -130,000 credits. Please compare the stats for overall BOINC and his 90% main project Predictor@Home:

The Predictor@Home credits seem to be o.k., but not the overall results.

This is a known problem, and can't be solved by me. These users have a project that goes in and out of the combined account every know and then. Probably due to a malfunctioning system. When the project assigns a new CPID, that project is removed from the combined account.

You can see that the lost credit is almost identical (minus the daily credit) to another account with the same name that runs one other project.

When looking at the team combined projects list a number of teams have large numbers in their daily, weekly and monthly columns. Take a look at "Swiss Team", "U.S. Air Force" and some others in the 200 to 300 positions. This makes a lot of the teams look like they lost a position or two when in fact they actually advanced or remained constant.

I see that. Those are current credits from the incremental update. Only after the daily update we can see where these credits come from. Probably they changed a team name in one of the projects to match one in another project or so.

I could look it up in the XML files, but I have no time for that now (gotta go to work <!--emo&--> )

I did some quick research in the DB, and the answer is simple:

LHC Team 'SwissTeam.NET' (http://www.boincstats.com/stats/team_graph.php?pr=lhc&id=91) is renamed to 'SwissTeam', adding 2707925.75 credits to the total of 'SwissTeam'.

The team name in LHC will change after the next daily update.

Hmmm, I was talking bullshit, it was a bug in the incremental update. This is fixed.

History statistics are NOT affected!
