An inspection of the World maps an all the various projects shows Brazil to have been renamed Myanmar. This is, of course, the new name for Burma. I assume this is something that can be put right through BOINCSTATS, rather than a BOINC problem.

It was a typo in the country database. The short notation (used for the maps) for Brazil is BR, for Myanmar this is BM. I entered BR for Myanmar, and because Myanmar is after Brazil in the DB, the world map uses Myanmar instead of Brazil.

I corrected my typo.

This has not affected the stats in any way.

It is disappointing that the world maps have not returned.
You said "I entered BR for Myanmar" and "I corrected my typo".
Presumably this duplicated with "BR" for "Brazil" in the country database.
Or was Brazil omitted completely? Maybe the alteration clobbered the database?

What I get from it is that you can't find the world maps. But I must be mistaken.

As you say I could not find the maps, but I assumed it was 'cos they were not there.
I have found them under the separate "Countries Overview".
I seem to remember that the maps were shown interlaced with the other statistics, but I may be wrong.
That is why I had failed to find them again, and assuming they were "under repair".
All is well now. I can enjoy the views of the maps again, now I have found them again.
