Hi,
My personal SETI Stats currently shown aren't matching the numbers that I have previously copied from BOINCstats. My personal SETI BOINCstats indicate that I have had only had one date/instance of SETI credits of 360 on 22-09-04. Stats for previous dates have gone and credits for resent WUs not shown. My PC is crunching approx 4 SETI WUs per day as well as a climatepredicor WU.

I figured out why your stats are lost. SETI exported empty XML files the last few days. This results in accounts not being updated, and a counter starts ticking. A script deletes all accounts that have not been updated for three days, as I assumed this would be terminated accounts.

I'm very sorry, but your stats are gone.

To prevent this from happening again, I set the count to 8 days. This should also give me enough time to stop the erasing of accounts if something similar happens again.

Although I'm sad that I've lost some credits, I am grateful that it was just a few days worth.

I don't see yet any new credits on my account -

But I expect they will probably show on the next update?

Willy, is there anything users should do to minimise the risk of accounts being closed or stats/credits being lost.

Is this is not the credit (maybe a few short due to update lag) that is shown on the SETI pages please let me know.
