Hello,

I tried to change my password twice, both time the update was accepted but I was unable to log in using the new password, however I was able to log in using the old password. Just received a temp password, will try that and then reset it

Follow Up

I was able to log in using the temp password and reset it, the new password was accepted but I was unable to login using it, The old password still worked. Will try tomorrow incase of update lag.

Sorry to dig up this old thread, but the password reset is not resetting my password. I reset it and log out and cant get back in but the temp password that was emailed to me still is being accepted as the password. Please help me with this.
