to be honest, neither of them are looking good to me... the 'old' logo i think is alright and should not be replaced. but if i would have to choose some of the following i'd choose logo4. i don't like logo3. maybe i'm old fashioned but for me it is too "3d" also i think the blue background for bam logo is not a good idea as far as boinc's logo is blue, there should be contarst!

and wouldn't it be better to make a poll about it? i know that this thread is for our discussion, but in few days there should be a poll

or #6 if the the color has to be blue

i think #4 is pretty close to the old logo and with the boinc-font it looks better than the old one
