This morning I tried to change my Boincstats/Bam password. I entered two identical password strings (both inserted from the clipboard as generated by a password manager) on the Change Account Details page and selected Save. I was returned to the account details page with no indication of any error. When I tried to sign in using my new password it failed. It appears that the new Password has not taken effect as I can still sign in to my account using my old Password. I would like to be able to change my Password on a regular basis (ie. monthly) as part of a newly instated security regime.

Maybe the password contained some illegal characters.

I could ask you to post it here, but I think that would violate your security regime.

Strange thing! I just repeated what I did earlier but this time it has worked. I don't get it but I guess I didn't actually do exactly the same. I was obviously having a senion moment!! Sorry Willy.

Correction 'senior moment'.
