The option to Edit my Forum Preferences is gone because the Button isn't there anymore ???

It's now "Account preferences". The prefs were used for much more than forum alone, I thought this would suit better.

Call it what you want Willy, but I still can't Edit My Account Preferences or Forum Preferences because there's no Edit Button for me to do that ...

Then you should have posted as bug. Which I would have discarted as at the bottom of Account preeferences there really is a edit link.

So are you saying that when you go to the page at the link Willy gave you, that you have no option like I circled in red down at the lower right hand corner of this image?

Maybe it's a "browser thing"? Or maybe you and Willy are talking about two different pages?

Hopefully he was not embarrassed or something. Would be neat if we had different forum themes like a dark theme that we could choose on that page.
