I know there is a blue flag with a yellow off-center dot , Palau, anywhere before.
I know it name is "international.gif" and it's for the English translation for this site, but wondered where it came from?

Attempts to find in on the net have failed me.
Just curious, is all.

It's derivative from UN flag.
Unfortunately it had to be simplified to use in this resolution
