What you call "your équipe" is just part of your name according to BOINC conventions.
Your name for the combined stats is the name most used in the distinct projects. As you have a different name in every non-retired project, BOINCstats probably chooses the one that's used as well in the two retired ones.

If you want just "Jean-Loup" in your badge, you can change that in your BOINSstats settings for signatures, as you can see here:
