somehow i have a account in IBERCIVIS but i never made 1. I can't even read the homepage now how did they get my information and how do i get rid of that account ?

So the "scott safford*" with user id 111094 from the US with CPID d98bee39bfbb95c373e1e8d173bad153 which is listed in the XML export is not you? Then you should ask the project to remove that imposter.
