This is an idea of Willy to make an SMS service in BOINCStats. This service will notify the user of BOINCstats for stats update on the site. For now there are mainly two ideas for this service:<ol type='1'>
*SMS message when the daily update has finished. That way the user will now it for sure and he can visit BOINCStats to check his stats.
*SMS message with the stats themselves - credits, position, etc.

how about email updates (in addition), surely emails would be easier, willy already has the inferstructure

Willy also has the SMS infrastructure. Tested and (almost) ready to go.

I'd be happy to receive a SMS daily or every other day. And pay for the service.
