I think this extenstion has nothing to do with BOINCstats. They are just using almost the same name (BOINC Stats). So there is no reason to put it on the front page.

it's independant work by tekywzrd (i think that's the correct spelling)

he has a thread in the SETI number crunching forum (i'd post a link but SETI are doing a backup at present, so their DB server is down, meaning no forums)
