It says 5,465 for my "Recent Average Position Change" , this seems to be a bit high????

Are these stats good, or could I be earning more points somehow with more projects?? It's always pausing if I run more than one CPU task. GPU Tasks are always in two's ,I guess this is because of two gpu's....

I'm wondering which puts out quicker points, Collatz or PrimeGrid.


I'm running a 955be and Crossfire'd 5770, and I am unsure about which I should be running..

I dont have Double Precision 'yada yada' .....

Adding more memory to your system may eliminate the task pausing you are seeing.

Since you are just starting BOINC your position will change quickly at first because so many people have very low levels of credits. It will slow down as time goes by.

Collatz will give you more credits with your GPU than PrimeGrid.

Moo! Wrapper will give you even more credit per hour even though it will use both GPU's for one task.

When you say Per Hour it sounds like they both output the same credit over a same allotment of time. It takes about 45min-1hr for a 2 WU to complete running Collatz, and each WU is worth 3,000,so thats 6,000 credit/hour,but it takes it awhile for each WU to be confirmed by another Boinc! user.
