Yes, the website is up. However:

The 3 tasks in progress must have been there forever.
5915 tasks awaiting assimilation with the distrrtgen_assimilator1 not running.
The Message Boards are full of spam.
No meaningful non-spam communication from an admin since mid-2014.
Not in BOINC's Add Project list.

Very much looks like a bunch of programs running on a server with no adult supervision whatsoever.
