When I look at a specific work preference it will show that the maximum download and upload rate have no limit set but when I click on the Edit button it will show the correct maximum download and upload rate that I have set.

Also, I set the maximum download and upload rate again and hit save to see if that would fix the problem and it seemed to set my rate to number of bytes per second instead of kilobytes per second as indicated. Meaning, I typed in 10 because on the edit page it says you are entering kilobytes but then my host was set for a maximum of 10 bytes per second.

Can you check these two problems? Thanks!

I did a little more testing and the maximum download and maximum upload setting is definitely setting the speed in bytes per second, not kilobytes per second as indicated on the editing page for the preferences. If I put a value of 10 in the preferences then my hosts get a setting of 10 bytes per second. I changed the preferences to 15 kilobytes and then the hosts report that they have a preference of 15 bytes per second.
