Apologies if this has already been answered as it seems as if it'd be a likely scenario but I couldn't find my exact issue on the forum search.
I rebuilt one of my client machines. It is the same hardware and hostname and even IP address.
Note, however, that between the host being turned off and the rebuild there was a period of more than 30 days.
I attached the newly built client to the BOINC BAM Stats manager and it showed up in the Hosts list on the website here.
I added it to the correct Host Group to which my chosen project is assigned but the client just connects for an update and doesn't seem to know it has a project assigned:

So I found there were duplicates of the host in the web portal Hosts List and I deleted the one which has not reported in for over a month and left alone the one newly reported in.
It's been over 24 hours since the above happened and it's still not picking up work.
Interestingly, if I go to the Host list on this website and click the little stats graph icon for this host it takes me to a page which says that the "Current Credit based on incremental update" is "77,964.65". Unless this is some default value it would suggest that some sort of a merging has taken place.
Can anyone help!?
