User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit.

My User-ID didn't change since many years, and i'm sure i have credits, see here.

Anyone with the same problem ?

It works again !

Everything looks good, credits seems to be ok. I was only a bit nervous, because in the past BoincStats always works perfekt. Thanks for that, Willy

Mine is still broken, maybe because i tried renewing my CPID, now I have to wait?

My first thought was I've been banned - I have a habit of annoying moderators :-)

GCP has updated the database server software this morning and your posts are all around that same time. The site tries to get your stats, failed (database not available) and cashes the result for some time.

I know that when there is an update it will be installed Sundaymorning around 10:00 so all updates are disabled every Sunday morning to prevent corruption.

Same problem, no stats. User ID 269, nearly 4 Billion credits, hope this problem is fixable! Thanks Willy!

I have no day, week or month totals at the moment when I find my scores by searching for my name.
If I try to open the site the normal way I am also greeted with 'User ID doesn't exist in BOINC combined or doesn't have any credit.'

On second clance, it seems an update was running longer than expected and crashed during the server update. Recovering the data...

Well, the actual error is "MySQL server has gone away (error 2006)", so it's really going away.
