In real life I’m a pretty busy person (job, wife, home etc) and I’m also planning a holiday somewhere in the near future, so I’m not always able to check the forum and shoutbox for decent language and false messages.

For these ‘tasks’ I’m looking for a moderator. Someone who likes BOINC, BOINCstats and the community.

I don’t have high qualifications, but there are a few:
- your English is at least as good as mine (so no high standards here )
- you have at least 25 posts on the BOINCstats forum
- your behaviour here and in other BOINC related forums is exemplary.
- other BOINCstats forum members have no (grounded) objections against you being a moderator

Your ‘job’ will consist of checking the forum and shoutbox frequently (lets say 4 times or more a day) and removing/locking topics that have foul language.
In the shoutbox are always a lot of messages like “Namer/Shouter” or something like “Some Name, 12454” which have to be removed.
Also, if possible, you could help others with small problems.

why not get 5 - 10 names and create a poll. i'd like to nominate sænger, mchl, skligmund or grenadier, should they accept.

All daily users, with an excellent knowledge of all things boinc.

I'm not online every day for the next 3 month, as I have work again without permanent internet access. My puter @home will crunch on but I'm probably only here at weekends (like now). Not enough for a mod imho.

Similar with me. Summer holidays are ending, and I'm leaving to Warsaw, where I have no inetrnet access at home. I may be able to check forums once, maybe twice a day. Four times a day is impossible for me.
(This means, if you don't find anyone with more time, I may take it)

I have found someone to become moderator of the forum and shoutbox. It's somebody I worked with before (he's the Bulgarian translator), and (most important) he has my trust.

Son Goku 3SSJ will be the new moderator, so beware: don't step on hies toes.
