I haven't been BOINCing for some time so I'm admittedly out of touch. QMC is listed as retired though and it seems to be up and running. I connected and got a WU.

It was marked as retired because they aren't exporting any stats. Although I've heard reports that there is intermittent work, there also isn't a forum or anything to deliver news about the project.
