Tomorrow morning, July 18th, at 11:00 AM CET, we will be migrating BOINCstats to new servers. If all goes well, we expect to be offline for only a short period. I will post an update here as soon as everything has been moved.

I think your HTTP port is not configured properly (to redirect to your HTTPS port, perhaps)
And is maybe causing this error in the BOINC manager, when trying to access the BOINCstatsBAM
