Comments on the following newsitem

Tomorrow morning, July 18th, at 11:00 AM CET, we will be migrating BOINCstats to new servers. If all goes well, we expect to be offline for only a short period. I will post an update here as soon as everything has been moved.

I think your HTTP port is not configured properly (to redirect to your HTTPS port, perhaps)
And is maybe causing this error in the BOINC manager, when trying to access the BOINCstatsBAM

20/07/2025 1:18:30 PM | | Contacting account manager at http://bam.boincstats.com/
20/07/2025 1:18:31 PM | BOINCstatsBAM! | AM RPC HTTP failure: permanent HTTP error

Default HTTP page (http://bam.boincstats.com/ is showing:

Ubuntu Logo
Apache2 Default Page
It works!

This is the default welcome page used to test the correct operation of the Apache2 server after installation on Ubuntu systems. It is based on the equivalent page on Debian, from which the Ubuntu Apache packaging is derived. If you can read this page, it means that the Apache HTTP server installed at this site is working properly. You should replace this file (located at /var/www/html/index.html) before continuing to operate your HTTP server.

Hi,

@chicks:
thank you, should be fixed by now.

@AGB:
It shouldn't hurt to let people know the reason why they might possibly experience some hiccups here and there in the next few days .

We are still working on the server configuration... If you experience any further issues, please let us know.

Best regards,

The Admin Team

The website, overall works much faster now.
Maybe faster hardware?

I take is this is the reason for 0 credit per day since the 18th and we'll just get a new 'best day' as it all comes in at once ?

Luckily I changed my hosts to grab a load of new work on the 17th.

We still experience some issues in different places, but don't worry, the old infrastructure is still running in the background so we can always (re)sync the database to the new infrasturcture in case we mess up very badly .
The host updates are also on our todo list, thank you.

all my hosts are showing either 0 pts or 1 pt... is this part of the migration issue still being worked on or something else?

Same here, showing zero for a few days now and some host that came online in the past two weeks are just missing.

I think so, same here since the 18th, 0 or 1 or no number. Some hosts are now out of work but the contacted date seems to be updating.
Credit per day is still updating:- https://www.boincstats.com/stats/-1/user/detail/84134261996/charts
and shows here:- https://www.boincstats.com/stats/-1/user/detail/84134261996/projectList
just under hosts it isn't showing :- https://www.boincstats.com/bam/hosts/
and linux hosts and at least one windows11 host not getting new work.

Today at 09:57:08

I copied the host tables from the old Google server (which is still running in the background) to the new server. Stats look ok now, but it may be that the daily update messes things up. We will know later today.
